    I am trying to activate my Trackimo. I have entered my credit card information but I received the following message: {"error: plan missing merchant ID"}. What is "merchant ID?" There is no area to identify whether I am using Master Card, VISA, etc. Is the CVV space for the three digit number on the back side of the card?
